Error when adding WebEx Subscription

If the email address chosen is already in use in Webex, Codes 0:0, 200:1xx, or 409:2045 will be shown.

If you see these codes, please check your input, and either:

  • Delete the related Webex account before proceeding - login to user.webex.com and visit the "profile" section to do this.
  • or
  • Use a different email account for Horizon with Webex.

If, instead, you see Codes such as 403:2034, 503:2560 or 500:5001 then please retry after 30 seconds.



1. Browse to this webpage: https://user.webex.com/
2. Enter Email Address and click next
3. Click Forgot Password (If she has forgotten the password, if not Sign In as normal)
4. Select the Profile tab
5. Select Delete Account
