If the email address chosen is already in use in Webex, Codes 0:0, 200:1xx, or 409:2045 will be shown.
If you see these codes, please check your input, and either:
- Delete the related Webex account before proceeding - login to user.webex.com and visit the "profile" section to do this.
- or
- Use a different email account for Horizon with Webex.
If, instead, you see Codes such as 403:2034, 503:2560 or 500:5001 then please retry after 30 seconds.
