Manual Provisioning Steps for Yealink W73P with Webex

  1. Reset the Device to Factory Defaults
    • Press and hold the OK button on the base station for 10 seconds.
    • Accept the prompt to reset.
  2. Access the Device Web Interface
    • From the handset or base, go to Menu >       Status to find the IP address.
    • Enter the IP address into a browser on your computer.
    • Log in using:
      • Username: admin
      • Password: admin
  3. Enter the Provisioning Server URL
  4. Confirm and Provision
    • Click Confirm.
    • Then click Auto Provision Now.
    • The device will reboot and attempt to download its configuration from the       Webex server.

If the device doesn’t provision correctly, it may need to be assigned to a user or workspace in Webex Control Hub first. Let me know if you need help with that part or if you're unsure which regional URL applies to your setup.
