Manual Provisioning Steps for Yealink W73P with Webex
- Reset the Device to Factory Defaults
- Press and hold the OK button on the base station for 10 seconds.
- Accept the prompt to reset.
- Access the Device Web Interface
- From the handset or base, go to Menu > Status to find the IP address.
- Enter the IP address into a browser on your computer.
- Log in using:
- Username: admin
- Password: admin
- Enter the Provisioning Server URL
- Navigate to: Settings > Auto Provision
- In the Server URL field, enter the correct Webex provisioning URL for your region:
For the UK, use:
https://yealink-uk.bcld.webex.com/ or POLY https://polycom-uk.bcld.webex.com/
- Confirm and Provision
- Click Confirm.
- Then click Auto Provision Now.
- The device will reboot and attempt to download its configuration from the Webex server.
If the device doesn’t provision correctly, it may need to be assigned to a user or workspace in Webex Control Hub first. Let me know if you need help with that part or if you're unsure which regional URL applies to your setup.
