1. Navigate to user
2. Select the User
3. Select Profile
4. Update First Name, Last Name and Display Name - Then Click SAVE
5. To update this once the name change has been made to the user you will need to go into the user > calling > numbers > caller ID > and update the fields call ID first name and call ID last name > SAVE
This is to make sure BLF/Busy Lamp Fields also known as monitored lines on WebEx Update across all phones.
