Call Recording Access - Admins

  • Have the correct email in place for the user.
  • Navigate to Users
  • Select the User
  • Select Administrator Roles
  • Select Organisation Admin
  • Select Read only Admin
  • Select Compliance Officer
  • Select Save
  • Navigate to calling tab under the same user
  • Scroll down to User call experience and Select Call Recording
  • Turn on View and Play Call recordings
  • Select Download Recordings and click Save.
