How to Disable Voice Feedback on a Cisco Desk Phone

1. Press the Settings (cog) button on your Cisco desk phone.

2. From the menu, select Accessibility.

3. Choose Voice Feedback.

4. Set Voice Feedback to Off by pressing the middle key on the action wheel, ensuring the status shows Off.

5. Press Back or Home to return to the main screen.
