Cisco Phone not displaying Caller ID

If you see this, this could be to do with a setting which has been changed on the phone. 


1. Login into the customer via Control Hub

2. Select Devices

3. Select the device in question

4. Select Select All Configurations

5. Scroll to the User section

6. Make sure - CallPreferences > AutoCollapseIntoLineKey - Is set to Disabled.
